1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through the NorthTime Luggage website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.
2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, but occasional errors may occur, in which case we will notify you before completing your order.
3. Orders and Payment
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Shipping
We currently ship only within Canada via Canada Post. A flat shipping rate of 11.76 CAD applies to all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being handed off to the carrier, with transit taking a further 3–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–9 business days. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or on days we are closed, are processed the next available business day.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. We do not currently offer exchanges; if you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NorthTime Luggage and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
NorthTime Luggage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
